CUSTOM DASHBOARDS
Custom Operational Dashboards
Build a repeatable operational overview for the evidence your team uses most. Saved widgets and layouts bring supported summaries together without rebuilding the same view for each investigation.
Guided pilot scope · Reviewed 2026-10-16. No production AI diagnosis, automatic infrastructure/DDL remediation or compliance certification is offered.
Create a shared operational view
Create a named dashboard, add supported widgets, configure their presentation and arrange the layout. Save it in the organization workspace and return to it during daily review or an incident.
Widget configuration, changes and removal apply to the owning organization dashboard. Access still depends on role and enabled features.
Use supported source summaries
Production widget data includes permitted database snapshots/top queries, observed APM services, log statistics/errors, synthetic monitors, active incidents and normalized billing totals. Sources remain bounded summaries rather than a general-purpose query language.
A dashboard does not unlock unpurchased source features or manufacture absent measurements. Production AI health scores and demo security posture widgets have no supported production adapter.
Reduce repeated status gathering
Choose a small set of operational questions, such as which incidents are open, which endpoint checks are down and whether errors coincide with a database observation. Keep enough source context to follow up in the appropriate suite.
Validate freshness and interpretation
Check source timestamps, collection state, configured features and empty values. A saved layout is not a guarantee of fresh telemetry. Review actual widget rendering and useful source coverage in your pilot; no guaranteed rendering rate or universal custom-metric support is established.
Frequently asked questions
Can one dashboard show several suites?
Yes. Supported widget summaries can combine enabled database, application, log, synthetic, incident and billing sources in an organization view.
Will a widget enable a feature we did not purchase?
No. Source summaries check enabled features. A dashboard entitlement does not grant access to all source suites.
Are all demo widgets backed by production data?
No. Production AI health and demo security posture summaries are unavailable. Evaluate supported data sources rather than relying on a demo score.
